The sleeping arrangements include Bedroom 1 with five single beds, Bedroom 2 with one single bed and one bunk bed, Bedroom 3 with one single bed and one bunk bed, Bedroom 4 with one queen bed, Bedroom 5 with one double bed and one single bed, and in the Annexe, Bedroom 6 with two single beds and Bedroom 7 with eight single beds.
Facilities include a large kitchen/diner, dining table for 26, fully equipped kitchen, pool table, and TV. Outside, the large courtyard features two hot tubs, a garden with furniture, BBQ and firepit (fuel not provided), and parking for eight vehicles.
