Experience the thrill of Nottingham White Water Rafting at our 270-acre Country Park. Our exhilarating grade 3 rapids are perfect for adventurers aged 14 and up. Each 2-hour session includes changing, a safety briefing, and multiple descents down a 700m course in 7 or 4-man rafts.

Sessions are available on Friday and Sunday, with a supplement for Saturday. You’ll tackle the rapids on the official Olympic training site, with the chance to practice in calm pools before taking on the waves. Enjoy the excitement of white water rafting, whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-timer!
