This spacious barn conversion combines contemporary style with all the modern conveniences you could need. After exploring the stunning Cotswolds, unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a game of table tennis, croquet, or badminton. It’s the perfect country escape, offering a tranquil retreat with a touch of excitement.

For sleeping arrangements, the ground floor includes a twin or super king bed with a WC and hand basin. On the first floor, you’ll find another twin or super king bed with an additional double sofa bed for extra guests, plus two more twin or super king bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. There’s also a room with a twin or super king bed and a single futon, with an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower.

The annex provides a super king bed or twin setup with an ensuite shower enclosure, and an additional concealed room accessible via an external staircase offers a super king bed or twin configuration with a WC and hand basin.

The facilities include a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, as well as a family-sized dining table for six. There’s also a separate dining room for up to 14, and a lounge with a TV and DVD player.

Outside, enjoy the private hot tub with a walk-in shower and toilet, enclosed garden with lawn space for badminton, tennis, and skittles, and a table tennis courtyard. There’s also outdoor seating and a dining area.
