An experienced yoga teacher will come directly to your venue and customize the 60-minute Reading Yoga session to perfectly suit the needs of your group.
The space needed for the session depends on the size of your group, but we recommend about 21 square feet (2 square meters) per person to allow for comfortable movement. Whether indoors or outdoors (if the weather’s nice), the class will be designed for maximum relaxation and enjoyment. If indoors, just make sure there’s enough ceiling height to stretch those arms and legs fully. Get ready to relax, stretch, and connect in a yoga session tailored just for you!
